HOW DO WE SHIP?

We use Anonymous Wine Freight to ship our orders. Anonymous are a specialist, dedicated wine delivery service, and will ensure that your wine arrives safely to you. 

​

We can currently deliver to:

• Melbourne metro

• Sydney metro

• Brisbane metro

• Adelaide metro

• Gold Coast 

• Byron Bay

• Geelong

Please note you will need to be home to take delivery of your order, or specify a safe place to leave it when you place your order.

ORDERING OUTSIDE DELIVERY AREAS

If you live somewhere out of these areas and you're really keen to get your hands on some of our wine, drop us a line at orders@thelostplot.com.au and we'll see what can be arranged.

WHEN DO WE SHIP?

​

Because we're a small operator, we are streamlining our deliveries to make sure they get to you in a timely fashion. For our current sale, all orders received by 26th August will be processed for delivery from 28th August. Deliveries generally take between 1 and 5 working days, depending on where you are. Metro areas are often next day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is received we will confirm via email. Once your order is on the road you will receive a tracking code. If you have any issues at all, please contact us at orders@thelostplot.com.au.  

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

 

Please note that it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. By purchasing via our online shop you agree to these terms. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $23,000). For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $900).

REFUND POLICY

If at any time you're not happy with your order, The Lost Plot will refund payment on return of wine.
