2023 Shiraz Six Pack

Immediate lift and perfume. Jubey red fruits alongside warming cassia spice and pepper. The palate runs juicy sweet, tidied up with medium fine tannins.  Really reflects its terroir - a mixture of rocky, sandy loam over yellow and brown clay on a gentle north east facing slope that avoids the afternoon sun.

Open a bottle and enjoy with roasted and BBQ'd meats and veges, or a bit of charcuterie and cheese. 

This is so peppery, maybe too much for some, but I like it. Florals come out, dark sweet fruits, too, and while it’s a little frisky with the acidity, the savouriness and grainy tannins tend to curtail that.
