The Heathcote SGM is back!
We call this one The Heathcote Red - a delicious blend of Syrah and Grenache, with a touch of Mourvèdre, all sourced from top and tail vineyards of the Shelmerdine family in the Heathcote region of Victoria.
Dark berries, mulberry and black cherry with all spice, nutmeg and green pepper. Plenty of perfume and fragrance on the nose. The palate is medium weight and shows a lighter shade of fruit than the nose. Fine integrated tannins carry the fruit to a pleasing, long savoury finish.
This deep red beauty will keep you company. Drink it with hearty flavours, or enjoy a glass on its own.
