2021 Rosé Six Pack

Made with 100% Mourvèdre fruit from Box Grove in Nagambie, Victoria. It's a pretty, pale copper bronze colour, with cherry, spice, dried raspberry, savoury yet fruit flavour lurks. Pretty delicious and dangerously drinkable. Shines with food.

 

Made from mourvèdre, aged in used French oak for about a year, and a few months in stainless steel, which seems a long time, yet the wine is fresh and textural. An attractive pale orangey copper; quite savoury with some charcuterie and spice, creamed honey and grilled nuts plus red-fruit accents. Crunchy, zesty acidity keeps the palate afloat.
