2015 Carignan
A beauty from our Plots Past ...
Our 2015 Roussillon Carignan is a fine example of Paul Old's winemaking. Paul (of Les Clos Perdus fame), is an Aussie making amazing wines in Languedoc, France. Known for his minimal intervention and gentle handling, Paul made our first vintages before passing the baton on to the talented Matt Campbell.
This Carignan is all dark fruit and herbs, with a savoury edge. Great with food, or while having a chat ... or both. Tuck in!
