Paul and I whipped through a bottle watching Ireland beat France on Sunday during the RWC. The game sounded more exciting in French somehow. The game sounded more exciting in French somehow.</div><div>In the 2015 white department, Paul has been masterminding a local white blend, screaming with regional varieties. Sav Blanc, Macabeu, Marsanne, Rousanne, Terret and Grenache Gris. Like Willy Wonka and KFC, the recipe needs to remain a secret. Stay tuned for when this is released.</div><img src="http://static.wixstatic.com/media/74f8a9_931ab9ebd4004a3f87596f35c3504e71.jpg"/><div>2015 Red from Languedoc blend will be bright. The varieties we tasted through could all be the major shareholder. Paul rubbed his chin more that once. Winemakings watching the development of juice with potential combinations is like watching someone decide on their own Christmas gift. This one. N,o this one.
